Chicken and vegetable loaf (gluten free, soy free, sugar free)

Ingredients
1 chicken breast (about 300 gr)
2 eggs
1/3 cup shredded parsley
1 celery stick
3 garlic gloves
1 small onion
100 grams goat yogurt
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric
2 gluten free bread slices soaked in water and drained
100 gr goats/sheep cheese grated

Method:
Preheat the oven at 140-150 C.
Chop the ingredients and place them in a food processor except for the grated cheese and yogurt.
Process them well then add 1 tbs yogurt and 1 tbs cheese.
Spoon it into a loaf tray and spread the yogurt on top. Top it up with shredded cheese.
Put it in the oven for about 1 hour.
