Berries and spinach smoothie with protein (raw food, vegan, paleo, GAPS, SCD, grain free, soy free, sugar free, dairy free)

Everyday after school my son comes really thirsty and hungry and I try to hydrate him and offer some nourishing greens as well.

Today I’ve come up with this and it was a good choice for kids.

Ingredients:
100 gr spinach (I’ve had organic)
2 really ripe bananas
1 cup mixed berries
1 tbs almond butter
2 cups filtered water

Method:

Blend them all well and serve immediately.
