Recipe 19 – Lamb and mushrooms Casserole


½ kg lamb
250 grams mushrooms
1 carrot
1 small zucchini
8 brown onions
1 cup filtered water
2-3 pinches salt
1-2 pinches pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tbs olive oil
3 tbs organic pure tomato sauce
½ bunch parsley

Dice the onions and mushrooms. Peel and grate carrot and zucchini.
Cut the meat in smaller pieces.
Put a pan on the stove on medium heat. Add the oil and few tbs of water then add the onion, leave it few minutes until it gets a bit translucent and shinny then add the meat and another 2-3 tbs of water. Leave it boil on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the meat is almost done. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Leave it on the stove on low heat for another 20 minutes.
