Recipe 21 – Yummy Purple smoothie

-raw, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, egg free, sugar free-

Ingredients:

2 hands full spinach
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
2 small bananas
1 small apple cored and peeled
2 tsp raw honey (optional)
2 cups filtered water

Method: Blend them all and enjoy!
