Recipe 27 – Koftas (gluten free, dairy free, soy free, sugar free, egg free)

Recipe adapted from Collette White – Cut Out the Crap for Kids

Ingredients:

500 gr lamb mince
2 small carrots peeled and grated
½ medium zucchini grated
1 small onion diced
½ cup mint shredded
2 tbs coriander finely shredded
1 clove garlic grated
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp turmeric
1 pinch black pepper
12 bamboo skewers
