Recipe 29 – Blueberry and walnuts rolls

Ingredients:

½ cup walnuts chopped
½ cup organic no sugar blueberry jam,
2 gluten free, soy free, egg free pastry sheets (ready made)
Coconut oil spray to spray the trays.

Method:
Preheat the oven at 140-150 C.
Take the puff pastry sheet and roll it well between 2 sheets of baking paper (I always re-knead it and roll it again).
Spread the blueberry jam and top it with walnuts. Roll it into a log and then cut it into small rolls.
Place them on a papered and oiled oven tray. Put it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
