Recipe 30 – Red lentils Samosas

-gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, soy free, nut free, vegetarian-

Ingredients:
1 pack Lentils Indian Masala (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, nut free)
1 pack Gluten free, soy free puff pastry
2 potatoes peeled and boiled
½ cup frozen or fresh pea boiled
1 egg beaten
11/3 cup water to boil the Lentils
Oil for frying

Method:
Boil the lentils in 1 1/3 cup water, for 20 minutes as written on the pack.
Mix all the ingredients (except for pastry, oil and egg) in a bowl and set it aside.
Roll the pastry between 2 baking paper sheets. Do cut outs in it with a round cutter. Spoon a small amount of lentil mix onto the rounds, brush the edge with a little egg and then close it. Stick it well with a fork pressing the sides gently. Do all of them then deep fry them in olive oil.
