Recipe 33 – Crunchy slice with Goji and Chia

Ingredients:
2 tbs cashew butter
4 rice biscuits broken into pieces
1 hand full Goji
½ pack dried bananas flattened (broken into pieces)
4 Medijol dates pitted and chopped
1 handful Chia
2 hands full dehydrated almonds
1 hand full silvered almonds
1 dark chocolate 85% unsweetened
2 tbs coconut butter
1-2 tbs honey

Method:

Place chocolate bits, coconut oil, cashew butter, honey and 2 tbs water into a double boiler. Stir until everything is melted and homogenized.
Everything else place in a rectangular glass tray and mix them. After the chocolate and other ingredients are melted pour it over the bits and pieces in the rectangular tray. Mix them well and press the mix well into the tray.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour then take it out and cut it into bars size.
