Recipe 35 – Special fried rice (gluten free, sugar free, dairy free)

Ingredients:
200 grams Cooked prawns
2 spring onions chopped
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup finely shredded carrot
2 tbs olive oil
1 egg
2 tbs tamari sauce (gluten free)
1 Bragg all purpose seasoning (gluten free).

Method:
Beat the egg and dry fry it for 1 minute or so.
Take it from the pan and add the oil plus few drops tamari and Braggs.
Add the prawns, spring onion and carrots and gently stir them for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice and peas and stir them for about 5 minutes. Then add the egg and the remaining tamari sauce.
Enjoy.
