Recipe 38 – Almond and zucchini dip


(raw, grain free, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, soy free, egg free)


¾ cup soaked almonds (soaked for at least 16 hours)
1 small zucchini peeled and chopped
1 tbs ghee or olive oil
2 garlic cloves
½ lemon (juice from it)
1 pinch o salt
1 pinch of turmeric
1 pinch of cayenne pepper


Put everything in the blender and blend well. Leave some texture to it if you wish and enjoy with grain free crackers or chopped veggies.

PS Bread recipe will come some other time. The bread in the photo is not gluten free, it is whole meal spelt. I loved it so I’ll share it with you soon.
