Recipe 39 – Grain free wraps

grain free, gluten free, SCD, GAPS, sugar free, soy free

Ingredients:

• ½ cup LSA
• 4 tbs almond meal
• 2 free range eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbs grated goat cheese

Makes 4 wraps

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Roll the dough between 2 baking paper sheets and place it in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until it’s done but still flexible.
Take it out from the oven and cut the wraps in 4.
