Recipe 40 – Thai coconut and pineapple smoothie

This smoothie is a life saver. It is full with natural electrolytes, enzymes and greens.

Ingredients:
1 small pineapple peeled and chopped
1 Thai coconut flesh and water
2 apples peeled and chopped
1 cup raspberries
½ banana
4 salad leaves

Method: Blend them all and enjoy.
