My children are big fermented foods eaters so I decided to make it myself as the shop bought one is usually loaded with sugar and preservatives.

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head broken into small florets
1 tbs sea salt
1 tbs dulse flakes

Method:
This is the easiest recipe ever.
Just put the cauliflower pieces into a jar and sprinkle the dulse between layers of cauliflower as you fill up the jar.
Dissolve the salt in a cup of water and add it to the jar then fill it up with water. Leave it at room temperature for about 2-5 days (depending on how warm it is) and you’ll get wonderful sauerkraut full not only with enzymes but also with vitamins and minerals from dulse.

You’ll have to store it in the refrigerator if it is warm weather so don’t make a lot.
