Recipe 50 – Pink yogurt

(gluten free, sugar-free, soy free, raw food, paleo, SCD, GAPS)

 

Today I’ve made a fruity yogurt for my children (as I run out of breakfast ideas). My son said “mum, write this recipe in your laptop!” …. They loved it so I decided to save it. As it passed the vote of 3 children I’ll call it very children friendly.

 

Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos as they were almost done when I decided to save the recipe.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2 kiwi peeled and chopped

 

1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

 

1.5 cup yogurt (I’ve had homemade goat’s yogurt – made from raw unpasteurized milk)

 

2-3 tbs raw honey

 

 

 

Method:

 

Blend them all in your blender and enjoy with more pieces of chopped fruit on top. It will have a very appealing bright pink color.
