Recipe 8 – Chocolaty bar

-sugar free, gluten free, dairy free-


½ cup date paste (that is 1 cup soaked dates for 5 hours + and then blended to a cream consistency)

1/3 cup almond meal

¼ cup walnuts

¼ cup cashew

2 tbs cocoa butter melted

1 tbs coconut butter melted

1/3 cup cocoa


Mix everything in food processor.

Put the resulting batter in a flat pan and flatten the top to a 5-6 mm thickness of the bars.

Place in freezer for 15 min then in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Take out and cut into bars.
