Recipe 20 – Apple rolls (gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan, soy free)

Ingredients:
1 pack gluten and soy free pastry sheets
8-9 apples peeled, cored and grated
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbs honey

Method:
Preheat oven to 140 C.
Place grated apples in a saucepan on the stove (low heat) add the honey and cinnamon and mix it. Keep stirring in it about 1 minute or until the apples have a brownish color.
Take one pastry sheet and place it on a sheet of baking paper and roll it to make it thinner. Then spoon the apples into the pastry and roll it. Cut it into 6-8 cm rolls and place them into a papered baking tray.
Put it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until nice and golden.
